10 free clinics, 2 drinking water points and 1 warm place to sit within 10 km of the centre of Houayxay, Laos, and more: clothes, social help, legal aid and health care. From the open map, updated by volunteers, checkable one by one. There is not much mapped here yet. If you know a place, add it on OpenStreetMap and it appears here.
Each one opens on the map with its address, hours and phone when they are known.
SupportNear is a free map of free help in 1221 cities across 166 countries, in 13 languages. No account, no cookies, no cost. Places come from OpenStreetMap; if one has closed, you can mark it from its card and everyone sees it. It keeps working with no connection once you have opened it, and you can download a whole city.
